SEO is the name for the organic (non-paid) method of improving and promoting a website’s position in search engine results. It literally stands for search engine optimisation and it is a constantly evolving set of techniques that react to industry developments and changes in Googles algorithms.
There are multiple aspects to SEO but it can be split into two branches. On-page SEO which is about structuring your site in such a way that makes it easy for search engines to find. RTB or Real Time Bidding is essentially a way of buying advertising online. Advertisers are able to use data to target users on a single-impression basis to ensure that the advert goes out to the most relevant audience. The actual trading or buying of media takes place over an auction-based platform (similar to PPC), so this is often referred to as a form of ‘biddable media’.
